MRTA 51st Annual Leadership Summit

We are excited to announce that MRTA will be hosting our 51st Annual Leadership Summit on March 10 and 11 at the Stoney Creek Hotel, 2601 S. Providence Rd., Columbia, MO 65203.  This year’s event will be extra special as we also will be hosting MRTA Legislative Day on the morning of the Summit kickoff.  The 2026 legislative year is sure to be a contentious one, please join us for the MRTA rally at the Capitol.  Advocacy is more important than ever, we live in a time where if you do not advocate for what we believe in, it will be taken away.  Please make plans to join us.

Through your leadership, MRTA continues to thrive as a community of advocacy, empowerment, and camaraderie. roles inspire us all and we eagerly anticipate the upcoming Leadership Summit.

In our continuous efforts to enhance the efficiency of our processes and to improve your experience, we kindly request that you please book your own lodging as soon as possible. Those eligible for reimbursement can submit their lodging expenses. Please refer to the documents provided for complete details on applicable reimbursement eligibility.

For other MRTA members eager to join this event, the opportunity is open to all.  Attendees will be responsible for covering their meeting registration and all other applicable costs.
